IAA 2017: BMW M5 G30
Sep 12, 2017, 9:09 AM The 10-cylinder E60 M5 was the Ultimate M5 and an amazing piece of machinery. The F10 disappointed many fans of the Bavarian brand and the 8-cylinder engine didn't produce the excitement and sound of its older brother. Due to new regulations, cars are being limited in the traditional way of building performance cars and today's excitement doesn't come from the exhaust or the revving engine, but instead from technology and the capabilities of the car. And that is where the M5 G30 will have to shine to become a worthy successor of the F10!

We know that there's risk when you race classic cars, but it is absolutely painful to see when a classic car crashes, just like this Ferrari 250 GTO. It was Andy Newall's beloved 250 GTO/64, one of only three made by Ferrari. As painful as it is, we respect the fact that owners like Andy take their car to the track and make the cars do what they are build for, racing!

Classic Spot: Gorgeous Maserati 3500GT
Sep 6, 2017, 1:30 PM Around 1956, Giulio Alfieri, Maserati’s head engineer, asked his engineers to build a fast, street legal Granturismo. He envisioned a car that could be build in great numbers. The result: 3500GT. Spotter Rivitography has shown us many special spots, and he "finally" uploaded this spot after two years. Back in 2015 he spotted this gorgeous copy in Kent (CT). We wonder if Giulio Alfieri could have imagined today's status of this car, because after 60 years this car is considered a classic masterpiece.

This is the final Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta
Sep 4, 2017, 5:18 PM Last year, Ferrari built the last "closed" LaFerrari for a special auction to support the reconstruction of central Italy following the devastating earthquake. Number 500 was sold for a whopping $7,000,000, a record for a 21st Century car. Soon after that Ferrari decided to build the LaFerrari Aperta, the open version of the LaFerrari. The last copy was built last month, marking the end of the production of this magnificent car.
