Movie: official Mercedes Formule 1 safety car gets driving training
May 12, 2016, 1:44 PM For years already, Mercedes is the supplier of the official safety car for Formula 1. One of these cars was the CLK 63 AMG Black Series. Bernd Maylander was the one who was driving in front of the Formula 1 cars in dangerous situations. This car was captured on the Nürburgring last week and we get a small look inside the car. It's great to see that this car has a bigger gas tank installed on the back seats. This Mercedes is really used during the Formula 1 races.

Since the end of April, the first copies found their way to their new owners after they've been waiting at the dealerships for over a month. BMW wanted to wait until the car was officially introduced and that can be seen in the amount of cars that meanwhile has been spotted. This copy is equipped with a nice set of wheels.
