Goodwood 2013: A look at the parking lot

Jul 16, 2013, 8:36 AM Although at Goodwood you will see some fantastic cars, it is worth every moment of your time to check the car park outside the event, as there are some fantastic cars there. Classics and modern supercars, the car park will most likely have them. Present at Goodwood was photographer Alexander Boekholdt, reporting for us. Anyone can have a look at the car park around the event, to see what special cars visitors have driven in to Goodwood, to attend. Alexander managed to capture a lot of exclusive cars in the car park, including an SLR McLaren Edition and an even rarer Porsche 962 Schuppengasse. The car parks at Goodwood, present a great opportunity for any spotters to photograph something truly remarkable.

Jul 15, 2013, 9:24 AM Slowly, the McLaren P1 can be seen on the streets more and more. Build to just 375 copies, the McLaren will remain a supercar that will be hard to spot. As Goodwood is here, McLaren decided to show the public their newest supercar in all it's glory, the McLaren P1.

BMW M5 F10 Nighthawk unveiled in Japan

Jul 11, 2013, 7:37 PM The new BMW M5 F10 has recently been facelifted and BMW have announced their first special edition of the facelift model, called the Nighthawk. This stunning car is exclusive to Japan. A dark background and an M5, where everything that can be finished in black, is black. This includes paintwork, grille and other detailing. We believe this will be a very successful special edition, such as the M Performance Edition M5's, exclusive to the UK. Unfortunately this Nighthawk is only available in Japan, but the BMW Individual department can try to recreate this stunning colour on new M5's in Europe, for a small fee.

Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale spotted in Taiwan

Jul 7, 2013, 3:01 PM The Lamborghini Gallardo is a true supercar. Yes it is sometimes known as the baby Lambo, however it still packs power which can worry many other supercars. The first generation Gallardo squeezes every horsepower out of it's original 5.0 litre V10, all 520 horses. This is more than enough for almost every car. If you are a true sports enthusiast, who liked to go out to regular trackdays, then there is the Gallardo Superleggera, which has increased horsepower from the V10 unit and is lighter. For the professional driver, who races Gallardos on the track in a championship, there is the Super Trofeo, which has every single creature comfort removed, and is essentially a track ready car. A combine the Superleggera's road-worthiness, and the Super Trofeo's stripped out approach to supercar lightness, then you get the Super Trofeo Stradale, a car that was recently spotted in the capital of Taiwan.

Jul 7, 2013, 12:44 PM Every car that is tuned, or worked on with the hands of the Bradford based tuning firm Project Kahn, is unique in it's own way and is lavished in exquisite detailing. During the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, Project Kahn founder and entrepreneur Afzal Kahn bought a unique licenseplate, 4 HRH. That stands for For Her Royal Highness. Afzal owns a huge list of licenseplates, including the infamous 'F1', '4K' and '4FFF', 4 HRH was previously fitted to a normal Maybach but has now acquired a new spot on this unique Maybach 57 S, worked on by Project Kahn.

Four beautiful combos captured

Jul 7, 2013, 10:45 AM Saturday is generally the best day for spotting exotics on the road. The most interesting spots, will always get a place on the front page. This time, we have four spots in one article. We noticed fact that on the same day, there was different combos that were recorded. What makes these combos special though, is that the cars featured, were of the same brand or of the same purpose (I.e. Bentley/Bentley, Trackday car/Trackday car). These combos were spotted in Monaco, Poland, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Jul 6, 2013, 9:28 AM Who knew that a Rolls-Royce could also be found as a pick-up variant? I'm not if many of you fellow spotters did, not did we believe that such a crazy idea would exist either, but it does exist. Between 1966 and 1980, these contraptions were built in small numbers, and because they are rare, it makes this car a very special spot. This is the first one spotted on Autogespot.

Mouse versus elephant: Fiat 500 versus BMW X6 M!

Jul 4, 2013, 12:59 PM When the BMW X6 was introduced a few years back, there was little disagreement from the media about the appearance of this car. Almost everybody agrees that the car wasn't the best looking car. Nevertheless, the BMW X6 sold in reasonable numbers, plus in many places, you can see them on the street regularly. A striking car, the BMW X6 definitely, but for some people that's not enough.
