Last month, photos of a party in Nürburg were leaked. We could see the M6 Gran Coupé on this pictures, just like this BMW M3 DTM Championship Edition. The car was presented to celebrate the winning of the championship by Bruno Spengler. BMW celebrates this with a limited version of their M3. Just like they hadn’t enough limited editions already. Besides this, it is a really brutal car!
The M3 is painted in Frozen Black Metallic and is limited to 54 copies. Matte black wheels, different dark chrome elements and different parts of the livery from the racecar can be found on this car. On the roof we find an BMW M stripe and some other cool details. On the sills you find the design of Spengler’s helmet and we find a carbon fiber strip with the signature of Spengler and the serial number of the car. Instead of an leather steering wheel this one is coated with alcantara. Technically, the BMW M3 is identical to the M3 with the Competition Package. The car will be produced from February 2013 and the price in Germany will be 99.000 Euros including the German taxes.
