McLaren 650S especially is noisier!

Mar 22, 2014, 3:17 PM Last month, McLaren introduced the 650S at the Geneva Motor Show and in the meantime several copies can be found at dealerships all over the world to give the potential customers the chance to make a test drive. The gentlemen from thesupercardriver had the chance to get a ride in the improved McLaren and the most outstanding is the sound of the V8. The 12C produces a relatively soft sound, but the sound of the 650S seems to be improved! Next to the sound, the 650S produces an extra 25 hp than the 12C and the wider body generates an extra 40 percent of downforce!

All stickers are removed and we also can't find the well-known 'Werkstestwagen' sticker on the car. This means that this is a production model. In August last year, we met the BMW M4 Coupé on Pebble Beach. Not much later, we were introduced to the M3 F80 on the Detroit Motor Show.

Production of the SRT Viper is stopped for two months

WIth a target of 2.000 orders a year, we should see the SRT Viper more often on the streets. Unfortunately, the sales aren't that great as Chrysler would have hoped.
