However, spotter Dima managed to capture this car on public grounds in Stockholm. According to Dima himself, this is the best spot he has ever made, and it’s easy to see why. A car usually only seen on racetracks making an appearance on the street is truly something special.

Driving it around in winter is truly brave, considering that, as we all know, this Speedster has neither a roof nor a windshield. So, one should dress warmly.

Don’t get me wrong, the newer R8 versions are fantastic, but this one has a unique charm. It’s not just the stunning 5.2-liter V10 engine that sets it apart, but also its factory-fitted wing and its exclusivity - limited to only 333 units worldwide. Each car features a unique plaque on the gear selector, proudly displaying its production number.
