Event: Oldtimerrally Veendam-Leer-Veendam
May 22, 2013, 12:26 PM Quite a lot of events are organized at this moment! Luckily, they're not all the same, because the Oldtimerrally Veendam-Leer-Veendam in the Netherlands is quite unique. Old cars and a matching entourage are the most important things about this event, full of old Volvos, Volkswagens and DAFs. Up to 100 cars competed in this rally and drove a beautiful route. Spotter Bartsmid was present at this event and made the following pictures. We do know that not all of you may like these old cars but we do want to share them with you!

May 22, 2013, 9:45 AM The Chinese market has become very important for Lamborghini in a very short time. Lamborghini shows this by building limited models especially for this market. Unfortunately, Chinese are also very good in crashing these supercars. Only ten copies are built of the Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce China Limited Edition of which only nine are left. The first official copy on Autogespot was spotted by our spotter in China, Tjan!

Event: Castel Rally in Belgium
May 21, 2013, 4:02 PM Thanks to the beautiful weather, more and more car events are organized, a great thing for the car fanatics. Recently, spotter auto-moto0611 spotted a few classic cars which were competing in the 'Castel Rally'. They started in Roeselare, Belgium and headed for Genval, where they passed the night in the chic Château du Lac. The day after they went to Ingelmunster. First Haspengouw tour is a big success!

Team Autogespot Belgium, as they name theirselves, organized the Haspengouw tour, for the first time this year. This tour took place near Sint-Truiden in Belgium. The tour was set up to let the drivers enjoy the beautiful surrounding as well as their powerful cars. The first edition was a big success, what will 2014 bring?

Porsche 996 Turbo renamed to Manta
May 20, 2013, 4:00 PM Real experts will know, the Porsche 996 was the first Porsche to have an water-cooled engine, after fifty years of air-cooled engines. The Porsche 996 wasn't the most popular generation 911, but it was a milestone for Porsche. The men from OK-Chiptuning built the so-called Manta-Porsche based on the 996. They conciously chose for the Turbo, because that one could easily be boosted up to 650 bhp. But that's not the end of the story.
