I first found this 2016 Ford Focus RS on tax evasion Montana plates driving on I-684 in (I think) Mount Kisco, New York on 8/20/2018 (photos 2-4). I found it again parked on Greenwich Avenue, this time on a questionable set of wheels on 12/15/2018 (photos 1 and 5-10). License plate: 30·9553B (MT)
