How do you know it's an S Q4?

@bnj2 : I am not totally sure, but I went to the Maserati configurator. When changing the version from regular to S Q4, the brake calipers changed in size, shape, and lettering. These are the brakes of the picture of that S Q4.

@Sm@rt The only way to tell a diesel from a base and an S or SQ4 is if they have the smaller brakes. The bigger 365/380 brakes can be configured separately on each of the engines, and they also come with some certain packages - GranSport and GranLusso packages definitely upgrade the brakes on the diesel and base to the bigger ones.
Also, you can tell if it's a diesel or petrol by the shape of the exhaust backboxes, the petrol cars have them visible underneath, while the diesel ones don't. It's harder to see with the GranSport rear bumpers than with the others, but that's definitely a tell.
So, based on what I see on the pictures I think this is a base 2019 Ghibli with the GranSport and Nerissimo packages. After 2018 they started adding S badges as well (not only SQ4), and badge delete also removes the "Ghibli" badge - so this isn't a case of de-badgging either

@Sm@rt I think that some 2018+ packages upgrade only the front brakes, and they introduce the single piston floating calipers (unlike the 4-pot fixed Brembo used in the past) from diesel and base Levante, but I'm not totally sure about that.
