Topspot: The new Ford GT in Detroit

Jul 30, 2017, 12:05 PM Ford is slowly delivering the new GT to its customers, and it appears that this is the first customer owned GT on our site, and it is spotted in the Motor City itself, Detroit Michigan. The new GT caught everybody by surprise almost two year ago, when Ford displayed the GT at the 2015 North American International Auto Show. The design is very unique and its teardrop-shape body is the result of extensive work in the wind tunnel.

Topspot: Koenigsegg CCXR

So we were quite surprised to see this spot out of Denver of this beast from Ängelholm! The CCXR was a CCX with “Flower Power” added to it, as it could also run on recyclable ethanol (E85 to most). The CCXR was the world’s first green Supercar.

The Enzo was no longer a celebratory car, like the F40 and F50, but a car to demonstrate Ferrari's technological advances and a start of a new era.The same counts for the LaFerrari, Ferrari’s first production car powered by the F1-derived HY-KERS hybrid drivetrain. The car has been spotted many times on our site, but the photos of this spot make it certainly stand out.

Jaguar XJR575: more power for the flagship

The 2018 model year (2018MY) updates include the introduction of the XJR575 performance flagship model, delivering 575PS and 700Nm of torque for effortless acceleration and refinement. The 25PS uplift in power is delivered by Jaguar Land Rover’s 5.0-litre V8 supercharged engine and powers the luxury sports saloon from 0-100km/h in 4.4 seconds (0-60mph in 4.2 seconds) and to a top speed of 186mph (300km/h).

Perfect car in the perfect setting, Ferrari F12tdf in Monaco

After the final Testarossa (F512M) was produced in Maranello, the Ferraris were somewhat modest qua styling. And in my opinion that included the standard F12berlinetta, until the F12tdf was introduced. The F12tdf is the ultimate expression of the concept of an extreme road car that is equally at home on the track, and is exciting to look at from every single angle.

Spotted: Most extreme Centenario so far!

Not everybody will agree about the yellow/black exterior color choices, but one thing is for sure: this is the most extreme Centenario so far! Spotters "hardstyler" and "carspots_official" were the lucky spotters capturing this Centenario today.

The world's most expensive SUV made its world debut at the 2017 Geneva auto show and only 99 copies will be made. Middle Eastern customers will most likely buy the majority of the production, especially since the car will not be sold in the Americas. The price tag is €630,000 (about $666,400) and that is about €400,000 more compared to the G500 4x4², the most expensive G-Class currently on offer. The question: Is it that impressive?

The new Ford GT is a driving computer

Jul 19, 2017, 4:44 PM The Ford GT features more than 25 computing systems. They gather the data provided by the sensors or microprocessors to analyze the information of the car. More than 10-million lines of computer code, or 300MB of data is being processed every second. There are 50 sensors that gather information about the performance of the car, the driver position and the external environment. And all these sensors combined produce a whopping 100GB of data every single hour. In other words, the new GT is a driving computer!
