Invasion in Cannes

For a moment we thought that this year's invasion was called off, but in the more recent days we have seen enough evidence that the invasion has started. The city of Cannes is taking center stage and it is the site for many amazing cars. Bugatti, Pagani, Lamborghini, Ferrari, you name it, they are all part of the invasion. Most of the 500 cars are hidden in airconditioned garages and will only be driven a limited number of kilometers/miles to retain their value. But some owners do what the car is build for, drive it. Spotted: Bugatti Chiron at the Cote d'Azur

There is an abundance of super and exotic cars, and the super Rich from the Middle East are gathering in the coastal towns in the Riviera with some of the latest super car models. This years addition is the new Bugatti Chiron. The owner is probably fleeing the Middle East (+40C/+100F) for some milder weather in Europe.

Acura NSX on a set of red HRE's

The NSX, that is build in United States, is leading Honda's/Acura's effort to revitalize the brand. There was a gap of 10 years between the first and second generation of the NSX, and in that period Honda/Acura lost its focus on performance and luxury. But with the new NSX the brands are making a comeback. This copy was spotted in Kansas and it has a set of brushed red HRE Performance Wheels, and we like the look of it.
