Fraudster’s 21 Supercars Sent to the Auction House!

Apr 14, 2014, 6:00 PM They say, Crime never pays. But that doesn’t seem to be the case for this man. A German fraudster, by the name of Jens Blaume, masterminded a Ponzi scheme whilst working as an investment broker, and built up a collection of 21 supercars! Yet, a crime is a crime and he was jailed last year, pending investigations into his company’s dealings. And now over 700 creditors are demanding compensation to the tune of 90 million euros! Selling his assets is one way to compensate them, and hence his collection of 21 supercars and exotics went under the hammer bringing in over 5 million euros for ongoing claims.

Event: FerrariOwnersClubNL Spring Drive

Apr 14, 2014, 4:11 PM Yesterday, the FerrariOwnersClubNL Spring Drive took place in the Netherlands. The cars gathered at the Louwman museum in The Hague from where they would drive some nice roads to the finish in Breukelen. The great weather resulted in a great group of cars. A dozen of Ferraris including a beautiful 458 Speciale and California, a Viper, two Nissan GT-Rs, a TVR and some more beautiful cars. Enjoy the first photos of this great day!

Four copies of the Porsche 918 Spyder make this a topspot

Apr 14, 2014, 2:56 PM Finally the time is here. According to sources the first cars are finally ready to go to their rightful owners. Porsche took a long time for the development of the 918 and it seems like they’re still testing it now. In Nürburg, four copies of the 918 Spyder were spotted. The cars were doing some laps during the Industry Pool so it seems like they’re still testing something. It won’t be a big optical adjustment but maybe they’re working on a software update.

Fifth copy of the “Les Légendes de Bugatti” is named Black Bess

Apr 14, 2014, 1:29 PM Rumors were spread on the internet but nobody was right. The newest Bugatti Veyron 16.4 in the “Les Légendes de Bugatti” is the Black Bess. Bugatti found a great way to sell the last copies of the Veyron, that’s for sure. All previous limited Legend models are already sold out. They cost up to two million Euros but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. The next copy will be shown on the Auto China 2014, a show in Beijing. A few wealthy Chinese on the show will probably buy a some of the copies of this limited edition.

This copy looks so powerful with its (blue) chrome wrap which makes it look very exclusive. The beautiful photos add a lot to this spot, but with such a special car it’s not that hard to make some nice photos!

Audi RS6 Avant looks sweet in this brown colour

The normal grey colours don't really cut the mustard anymore after seeing this car, a chocolate-brown Audi RS6 Avant C7!

This Porsche 991 Turbo was hidden in a corner, which knows how to catch attention without a striking, flashy colour. This blue paint is rarely seen, this for a reason. Most customers will find it some tints too bright, they have a problem to get off darker colours anyway.

Test drive in Porsche GT3 ends completely wrong

And well, the Porsche 997 GT3 is very unrelenting. The car crashes quite hard and the driver will probably be ashamed. How do you explain this at the dealership?
