Matte blue looks great on the Aston Martin Rapide
Aug 23, 2013, 10:35 AM Wrapping your Aston Martin, most of you won’t do it. The following owner in China did it with the following result. The deep blue matte colour looks great because it makes the Aston Martin Rapide less anonymous. Remarkable is the fact that the Rapide looks pretty small next to a standard Audi A8, while the car still is a car made for four persons.

Pebble Beach: Tour d'Elegance
Aug 22, 2013, 4:06 PM Last weekend, a lot of car fanatics were present in Carmel, California. The Monterey Car weekend took place and our Californian photographer, John Hietter was present to shot some nice pictures of all the cars. Earlier today we had some pictures of the BMW M4 Coupé Concept and the BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupé, we now have a set of photos of the Tour d’Elegance which visited the center of Carmel.

More hybrid Ferraris to come in the future?
Aug 22, 2013, 3:37 PM Ferrari doesn't have much faith in electric cars, but the more they have in hybrid-powered cars. The LaFerrari is a forerunner of what we can expect in the Ferrari's future. These electrically powered Ferraris are no exception anymore. The 499 copies of the LaFerrari are already sold, which means the Ferrari hybrid is working well commercially.

Video: Porsche 991 GT3 cross-examinated
Aug 22, 2013, 1:08 PM It's almost half a year ago since the Porsche 991 GT3 was introduced, but we haven't seen that much of the car in the media yet. Few spots, few videos or appearances in magazines. A new video appeared on the internet recently, coming from the guys from EVO which had the opportunity to test a pre-production copy. Despite it only has 470 bhp the Porsche is way more fun to drive than its rivals with 100 bhp extra. To prove if the Porsche is a worthy supercar, it battles with the McLaren 12C Coupé and Nissan GT-R in the video.

Pebble Beach: BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupé
Aug 22, 2013, 11:49 AM Earlier today, we already showed you the M4 Coupé Concept from Pebble Beach. Another highlight of the show was the BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupé. We already saw this car on Villa d'Este, in May, but now it was again shining in the Californian sun. John Hietter shot the following beautiful photos of this car!

Movie: this is a very fast McLaren P1!
Aug 22, 2013, 10:12 AM One of these days, the first McLaren P1 will be delivered. Some very wealthy and lucky customers will get the keys of their hypercar and we're wondering when the first copy will be spotted. Meanwhile, McLaren is still testing the car on the Nürburgring and it looks like they're trying to break the lap record. In the following movie we see a very fast McLaren P1 which will probably drive a very fast lap!

Spotted: Phantom Drophead Coupé Series II Bijan Limited Edition
Aug 21, 2013, 11:12 AM Back in April 2011, top designer Bijan Pakzad deceased to the effects of a stroke. He had to big passions, business and cars. We haven’t seen much of his business on Autogespot but his cars were highlighted every now and then. He owned a beautiful yellow Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé and a Bugatti Veyron 16.4. This Phantom seems to be replaced by a second generation Phantom Drophead Coupé.
