May 24, 2013, 2:30 PM Shocking news from the Chinese city Kunming. Here, a driver of a Lamborghini Murciélago crashed into a Hyundai ix35 with two passengers, with a speed of over 200 kph. A rider of an electric scooter was hit by the Hyundai, he died in consequence of the massive hit of the car.

Anyway, the company took their first supercar, the ST1, into production back 2009, which already is 4 yours from now. An nice action of the importer, especially when you realize the action model only costs 97.000 euros. The same model costs 142.000 in the Netherlands, surprisingly you get exactly the same for that, whether it’s an action model or not.

The car shouldn’t been introduced a few weeks earlier because of all the rain, the last few weeks in Europe. We hope that the summer will finally come and people can start enjoying the sound of the Supercharged V6 in the back of the car.

New Gumball 3000 spots are uploaded!

Unfortunately, we aren't present this year but of course we will share some reports with you, just like the Gumball 3000 spots which are uploaded. The first spots are uploaded already, but we love to see more spots!

Event: Ypres Lotus Day

May 22, 2013, 1:38 PM Rallies often have a mixed field of competers. In Ieper, Belgium, this rally was all about Lotus. After a gathering on the Grote Markt in Ieper, they headed to a location where they got their lunch. From their they headed back towards Ieper to finish at restaurant Bellewaerde Park. Not all the 141 competing Lotusses managed to reach the finish line, the oldest competitor got some engine problems. The photos are made by Kaaiman-arter12autospotters and give us a good image of this event!

Event: Oldtimerrally Veendam-Leer-Veendam

May 22, 2013, 12:26 PM Quite a lot of events are organized at this moment! Luckily, they're not all the same, because the Oldtimerrally Veendam-Leer-Veendam in the Netherlands is quite unique. Old cars and a matching entourage are the most important things about this event, full of old Volvos, Volkswagens and DAFs. Up to 100 cars competed in this rally and drove a beautiful route. Spotter Bartsmid was present at this event and made the following pictures. We do know that not all of you may like these old cars but we do want to share them with you!
