Spotted: historical livery on a Ferrari 599 GTO

May 23, 2012, 3:02 PM We have seen some historic livery’s on the Ferrari 599 GTO before. These creations were often very stylish and is wasn’t necessary to know the background story of it to like it. But this is necessary with the following livery, because the colours are not very common. Luckily spotter xdefxx showed us a Ferrari 250 GTO with the same livery.

May 23, 2012, 1:00 PM It only lasted one generation. The mighty V8 from the BMW M3 will be downsized. We already saw this coming after the M5 and M6 lost two cylinders, but eventually it is a bummer. The sound will definitely change. The rumble will disappear and the characteristics of the engine will change. Lovers of the older M3 series will only be happy with the return of the straight-six engine and we can also understand that.

Some members of our team were out of bed at 5 am already, just because their biological clock isn’t used to the time difference in New York. So we all stood up early, went into the city and talked through the latest plans. It will all start Thursday morning. Stickering the car and registering the participants. As we all expected, this spot comes from Dubai, the Walhalla of tuned Bentleys, Aston Martins, Ferraris and everything else. This thirteenth copie of the Bentley LE MANSory is spotted in stylish white. This comes in handy with the very high temperatures in Dubai. In summer it can be even 40 degrees Celsius. Than you can better have a white Bentley!

The Porsche 930 Gemballa Avalance is one of the most bizarre creations of Gemballa ever. Just look at the back of the car. It is very chaotic and has up to six exhaust pipes. Maybe a little too much, but in Monaco it is never too much!

The Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé is a very stylish convertible, which was recently spotted in a very chic colour. The paint is dark brown and the roof is beige. We haven’t seen this before and this got us surprised by this colour combination, it is very stylish!
