Another crash: two fatalities in crash with a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti

May 3, 2012, 7:30 PM After the crash of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia recently two persons died unfortunately. This were the driver and the passenger of the fast sports cars. Pretty bad, but it is even worse when two persons die because of the fault of someone else. This happened recently in Germany, where a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti crashed in a traffic jam. The result was total chaos and two deaths.

Photoshoot: Jaguar XKR-S 2012

May 3, 2012, 12:30 PM French Racing Blue is the colour of the car I have had a photoshoot with on Wednesday morning. The subject? A Jaguar XK at its best, the XKR-S. This blue beast has 550 bhp! The car gets this power from a five liter V8, helped by a compressor. Despite the fact that this is the stripped version of the XKR, the car is still heavy with its 1750 kilograms. Nevertheless, the V8 can handle this weight, you get to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds and this continues until you reach 300 km/h. You can feel the power in the car when you start it. Foot on the brake and you can push the start button. With a dark roar and some vibration, you can feel the car come to life. You immediately know that you do not to mess with this car.

Event: Spa Italia 2012

Beside Alfa Romeos and Fiats, supercars like De Tomasos, Lamborghinis and Ferraris were also well represented.
